Private sessions are a wonderful way to begin your yoga practice or deepen your existing one. During one-on-one training, you can learn how to safely modify poses when practicing with an injury, work with poses that are particularly challenging and exciting for you, or dive into a practice of meditation, breathwork, and restorative self-care.
Each session is carefully tailored to meet your needs and dreams, and gives you plenty of time and space to develop more clarity and insight into your yoga practice.
$140/session for 1 person
$170/session for 2 people

Please note: higher rates may apply based on location and desired time of day. I respectfully request you honor the 24-hour cancellation policy: sessions not canceled more than 24 hours in advance will be charged at the full rate.
